Today was my first chance to test my battery distance. 2013 Volt, 100,000 Km (62,000 mi.), 23C (73F), fan only, 90 to 100 kph, speed limit is 90 kph (56 to 62 mph) in heavy traffic on Trans Canada Highway so no cruise control, mostly flat with rolling hills (Vancouver Island) with just a bit of urban driving. Got 65 Km. (40.3 miles). I'd say the battery is in good condition.

Sounds about perfect.
If you were going 60-70 at those temps, could easily break 70-75km total range.
Could break 80 if in very slow traffic.

Of course, I know the island, so "heavy traffic" isn't slowing you down quite as much as elsewhere

No, it's not the 401 but then, here, a three car back up at a traffic light is considered a traffic jam.

Don't pend of the TPMS readings - they're fine for detecting a tire going flat (rapidly or slowly dropping pressure), but not so good for actual pressure measurements. Use a pressure gauge to be sure.
