Used 100% silicone spray on my Gen 1 plugs and never had any problem after that. Never used my Gen 2 plugs that came with the car because I have a Charge Point EVSE installed in the garage.
EVSE Not Smooth
I use the included EVSE daily and it is difficult to insert and remove and isn’t getting any easier. Looking at it, I don’t see anything obvious that could be causing this. Removing it is usually harder than inserting it.
I’ve used several charging stations, as well as my father’s EVSE, which came with his 2013 Volt and they all go on much smoother and come off easier.
Anyone else that uses theirs regularly experiencing the same thing?
