If I have my nephew install the charger for me (he is a licensed electrician) and the inspection from ESA gets completed, would I qualify for the government rebate?
On MTO's website is states that the installation has to be dome by a licensed electrical contractor and links to a website that you can search for a company. If my nephew does the job (and charges me, invoice and all) is that sufficient? The install shouldn't have to be linked to a company, correct? Besides, the ESA certificate proves that the job was done correctly.
