EVSE charger lock.. is the hole diameter 1/4 or 1/8"?

I can see someone who can't park their Volt inside a garage but still charge outside using the OEM EVSE. The padlock would slow down or maybe deter would be copper thieves. Though, most of them tend to be drug addicts, so not so bright and brute force for them is very likely.
