I grounded my 2014 Lease at Sierra Chevrolet a month early. It was a piece of cake and since my vehicle was a great shape, I am free and clear. I was going to buy tires but took a chance since GMAC gave me $500 for over mileage and another $500 for wear and tear issues, if any. They inspected the vehicle and came up with $256 of repairs which is well under their limit.

I wanted to make sure other heard that not all Lease returns with US Bank are bad.

From the postings on this forum it seems that Ally isn't your ally, but US Bank has been reasonable. So what kind of car are you getting as a replacement to the Volt?

I got a 2017 Volt lease with Sierra. They use GMAC so I'll see in three years how good they are. The lease works for me since I get free parking and it is at the cost of what I pay for gas on my truck. It works out even though I never recommend leases, this one is good for me until the battery technology is good enough to buy one.
