If anyone is interested, I found a pretty good deal on a dual station charger outside of Portland OR. It's new, in the box for $1500. Retail cost on these is around $4500 I believe. You can connect it to GE's network and collect payment for charging if you'd like. I'm not affiliated at all with the seller. I just thought someone here might benefit from the bargain price.
