Does the 2017 LT have a low washer fluid notification?

My 2017 Premier does and it just started displaying every time I start the car.

Slightly different topic but related... I cannot seem to find in the manual or elsewhere the volume of the washer fluid reservoir. I'm looking to refill with a concentrate and want to be able to properly mix the solution.

That's the plan but I would like to know if I need to prepare 1 gallon or 2 gallons to fully fill the reservoir...
