My Volt is just about 4 months old and it has been thus far on of my favorite vehicles to date. I've had no issues thus far, luckily. I feel for you on having engine/maintenance light issues but flats, that can happen to any car not just the Volt.
Geez...so what has your Volt Advisor told you??...You have contacted your Volt Advisor, haven't you?I bought my Chevy 2012 Chevy Volt in May of 2012. Other than the gas mileage, I have hated this car almost from the get-go. It's been in the dealership so many times for service I have lost count. I've had 3 flat tires in a year. This past "engine light issue" has had my Volt in the shop most of June, and in fact the dealership has had it this 4th time in a month for over 2 weeks. I just recently learned that I had passed the "30 Day Cumulative" requirement for # of days in shop and now qualify for "The Lemon Law" here in Arizona. This is the first car that I have ever owned that I have not liked. I am kicking myself for having traded in a 2010 Chevy Avalanche that I dearly loved for a VOLT simply because I wanted to stop spending so much on gas. Yes, the VOLT achieved that...but at what other costs?
My question is --- Is anyone else here a "Disgruntled Volt Owner"?????
