My 2014 volt won't fully charge. Code was P0D17. Third time now. It only charges partially and light goes out.
I'm not a regular forum user, but love my Brown Volt and it is perfect for me. 20 gallons of gas for 7000 miles.
Dealer can't get to it until next Thursday. Last time they "tightened connections". Maybe the charge unit at home (the one that came with the car?).

Some more information would be great. I don't recognize the code, perhaps someone else does. This could be any number of thing and in any number of places: the line voltage or line itself; the outlet; the EVSE; or the charger on the car. if the car chargers fine on a different charger in a different location then you know it's likely one of the first three.

How long does it charge before the light goes out? Does the light on the dash turn green or is it yellow?
