Dealer Recommendations in SoCal

2605 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  ctiomico2003
I just bought our 2017 Volt from CarMax and need to choose a Chevy Dealer to perform the Recall service. There's a decent amount of Chevy dealers in the LA/Long Beach area where I live, with Martin Chevrolet being the closest. Any recommendations on who's most EV-friendly/knowledgeable in my area?

I have no idea about their service departments since I live thousands of miles away, but Keyes and Rydell are two dealership names that come up all the time here, as they both sell a lot of volts.

I take my Volt to Harbor Chevrolet since they sell Volts, are close to home and are decently nice....but still expect the upsell (got caught on this).

I think for recall, just make sure you are comfortable, close to home and get a shuttle if they offer.

Otherwise, YMMV for any or all of the dealers. You have plenty of options in LA so just call around or Yelp them all.
