Leasing a Volt in NY State and noticed that on the lease agreement under Lessor Name and Business address columns the Dealer Name and Address is mentioned instead of GM Financial. I'm leasing it through GM Financial not any other bank , is this legit ?
but on the lien holder in insurance policy GM Financial is listed as lien holder. Does any one has experience regarding this ? Thank you.

I have no idea. I would ask the dealer's business manager why and go from there.

I went through GMF initially - on my registration the owner is ALCOR I think - so leases get bundled and sold as investment products to third parties. I wouldn't worry about it, it's the dealers problem if anything is wrong.

+1 to Jmaj... Mine doesn't say GM Financial either - it's another weird name. Made it difficult for the DMV to find when I went to change the address on our registration too. Since it was in that name only, with ours as a "note" in the DMV record. All I had at the time was the temp registration which was just in our name....

Not worried about it and you shouldn't either. Especially since it's a lease.
