Hi,

I'm considering buying a new 2017 LT from Carter Chevrolet in Vernon, CT.

They seem like a decent dealer, and are offering a fair deal.

My question is that if I need to obtain service: Is there a listing of "preferred" Volt "Specialist" dealers? Dealers that sell (or more preferably, service) more volts than others? Or, a listing of dealers that have Volt Specialists on staff?

Thanks for any input, advice, or experience you can share.

Walk into the service center, ask them about EV specialists. I've done it to multiple dealers. You may get some interesting responses. Ask about how many Volt techs they have, is the Volt tech(s) dedicated to EVs, is there a Volt tech available every day, how many Volts they "see" in a week, how quickly they resolve issues, etc.

I have had great luck with Terryville Auto ,Terryville Ct, check them out, I've bought 2 Vettes and 2 Volts and no one in the state could beat their price and the service is flawless
