Just picked up 2012 after section #1 of battery was replaced. Runs fine, charges fine.
Today after a run to a few stores and back home, I plugged in to top off charge and heard normal pump sound and also got a sound of liquid rushing near front right of car.
It lasted about ten minutes maybe, off and on, then went back to the just normal hum while charging.
I put it on YouTube to let you hear it. Sound isn't really good on video.

I'll probably stop back at dealer and have them check it out. Maybe didn't purge the coolant lines right after repair?

Probably a bit of air in the system. Our 2011 made those sounds for a while after the battery housing reinforcement update. Once ours stopped making the noise, the coolant was down an inch or so, topped off and never a problem since.
