Considering a Gen 2 - any differences from 2016 to 2017?

I've tried searching on this and haven't had much luck - I understand 2016 is the first year and may be prone to more issues - I'm curious if there were any significant changes - (such as new options added, etc). Any insight would be appreciated.

In case you're wondering, I'm keeping the 2013.

Thanks.

Starting with 2017 model year Volt, Driver Confidence Packages A and B were both available, not sure if both A and B were available on the 2016. This includes not only collision detection but collision avoidance/automatic braking. Starting in the May 2016 time frame 2017 Volts started to be available with optional Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) (an option on the Premier Volt only), ACC requires A and B. ACC is a big deal for some, it is the reason I waited for and purchased a 2017 Volt instead of a 2016.
