Hi

Yesterday I started getting a message on the info screen. On shutting down the car I get "Climate Control not available". It seems some of the menu items in the nav system no longer work as well.

Any ideas.

That is the normal message when you turn off the car with the climate control screen.

agreed that it's perfectly normal operation. Remember, the climate control system relies on the HV battery to be operational. Once you hit the power button to turn the car off, you're limited to 12V accessories only. It would be like trying to turn the A/C or heater on in a traditional car with the key in the on position with the engine off except in this case even the blower motor won't operate.

There are software updates for 2014 that address climate control and the MyLink radio. Have you had them applied? I had mine done a while back.

I get that occasionally on my 2014, upon shutdown. But no functional issues. Normal.

that is functioning as designed. if you have the climate control screen displayed when you shutdown the car, this is displayed.
