You are not going to believe this! Nepal has one of the largest per capita use of EVs. At the end of the video it even talks about their swap-out stations. It's embarrassing that we here in the US, with all of our technical might, cannot do something like that. This is one poor city!

They are poor because their government keeps enacting anti-growth policies like banning petrol vehicles. If Obama gets elected with a Dem controlled Congress, we will be just as poor.
