I agree with the artuicle. As for the last question:“Hey, how many miles do you get per killowatt hour?”, the average is 4 miles per kWH, so any EV that does better is really efficient just like the average of 20 MPG was for ICEVs.

If anyonw wants to use a real life value, use cost per mile. If a BEV gives 4 miles per kWH, and cost just $0.12 per kWH, then that BEV has a $0.03 per mile cost (or commonly said as "three cents per mile"). Some can get their kWh for much less, even for free if they have a photoelectric generating system, commonly known as "solar panels".

No ICEV can get a lower cost per mile than a BEV!

.... and some of the ChargePoint stations are free to use- that brings your cost/mi down considerably ;)

With a free ChargePoint station at work- and a 25mi each way commute, I should arrive home with 200+ mi of range for the 25mi drive back to work the next morning where I will top-off for free again.

In theory, I only see myself using my home L2 40amp charger (at 23cents/kW hr) on weekends- maybe.

No numbers, what's the minimum number to be labeled a "soaring sales"? What's the number to be considering "stalling out"?

Half of all EVs are sold in Cali, the Bolt is a brand new not only model but concept with it's medium range and semi-affordable price...They're trickling into Cali now and many are reporting in major metro areas you can go to the dealership today and take delivery of one...I have no doubt that demand will increase but thought demand would already be stronger...

This article was clearly written by someone who did little research.

He could have gotten all this information in a bar conversation.
