Makes the most sense, sell them in the strongest markets. I can wait even if it garners more "it's a compliance car since they don't sell it in 50 states" comments 
Chevy Bolt EV Selling Like Hot Cakes in Norway, at least for the orders!
The orders are so much that the delivery of the Chevy Bolt is pushed ahead of the rest of the 50 states of the US!
