Makes the most sense, sell them in the strongest markets. I can wait even if it garners more "it's a compliance car since they don't sell it in 50 states" comments :)

Nice. Maybe GM knows that the Zoe is about the only reasonable competitor the Bolt EV has in the market place for at least another year. The sentiment I've heard from many Europeans in general and Norwegians in particular is that they were waiting for a car like the Bolt EV.

At very affordable price of course!
It is puzzling that if the sceptics are right, that GM loses $9k per Bolt, why they would want to increase foreign sales that do not help their US ZEV statistics. Maybe they are not losing money?

I hope this doesn't push back delivery to the US states that are less favorable to EV's. I know why some states get preference but its getting a little tedious now....

Wait, you mean "pundits" quoting unnamed sources might be misleading us???
