Was charging at an L2 station while running the heater and radio, was there about 45 minutes, green dash light on, but the range did not increase at all. The charger said I consumed 3.2 kwhrs.

Also did not show KW used for heater on the KW readout.

Should the KW display show the charging current (like it does for regen) while the car is on? (2013)

The heater at full blast consumes more power than an L2 charging station can supply.... you just sat in a nice warm car without making any change in the SOC of the battery. Without the heater running you would have gained around 7 miles of range in that time.

When it's really cold in the garage, I've been known to start the car, open up the 4 windows and the hatch, Dan run the heater full blast to warm the garage (my $44k MSRP space heater). So yes, the charger cannot keep up with the heater.

You have carnage in your garage? What happened?
