Preliminary Procedure
Lower the front of the headliner to access the sunshade electrical connector, if necessary. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
1 Visor Retainer Bolt Cover
Sunshade Fastener (Qty: 3)

2 Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3 Sunshade Assembly
Procedure

1. Squeeze the tabs at the base of the sunshade assembly to remove from the headliner.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

I don't know if a pdf will post where you can read it but this is apparently the steps to remove the sun visor for replacement.

Went to the dealer today and asked about the clip of the sun visor. (not the sunvisor itself, just the clip). He told me there is a back cover and I simply need to remove that to see the screw in it. I'll do this once I receive the part and update here.

There is a small opening on the back of the sunvisor clip, with the screw driver you can open the back cover, which directly expose the screw inside.
Problem solved.
