Most likely this is due to time and not mileage. The oil life also counts days, its around 18 months for the life of the oil so if the oil has not been changed and the car was made about 6 months ago then this is normal. Only on a Volt is the time also a factor in the oil life.
Brand New Volt 110 miles, oil life at 65% Is this normal???
I am considering a new Chevy Volt, 110 demo miles. Oil life indicator say 65
