We had a local dealer buy a Bolt themselves 'used' from someone in CA so they could promote it here in MN since GM isn't shipping to us yet.

Have a test drive to schedule for next week once they get the car back from the local auto show :) should be fun.

Also the Rosedale Chevy is currently planning to put in some public accessible L2 chargers and a L3 eventually, so at least one dealer that sounds like they taking initiative themselves.

But looks like they may not have been the first! Someone in our local plug-in EV owners group spotted Black Bolt with MN habitat plates at the UofM. If by chance anyone here is the owner There are a couple dozen people quite jealous of you right now!

We recently purchased a used volt from Rosedale Chevrolet and I have to say they were the worst dealer that we've ever dealt with.... they didn't explain one thing about the car and the finance guy was literally yelling at us and rushing us through the process.... however the sales person did mention they had a Bolt there a few days ago! Dang it we just missed it. I did see quite a few volts at that dealership, possibly the most I've ever seen at a dealership in MN. Hoping that we don't have to go there for maintenance... speaking of Volt maintenance do you have to go to a volt certified dealership for maintenance? If so, can anyone recommend a good dealer for volt maintenance in Minnesota?

Depends. Tires? New Windshield? No. Drivetrain, warranty items, yes.
