I don't have album art via Bluetooth. My understanding is that Bluetooth does not transmit album art and that Gracenote would get that from the internet. I also don't have my car connected to the internet.
On a side note, I do get album art through Android Auto, but I find the best music "method" is the little 32gb thumb drive I have connected to the USB port. With that I even get album art in the Driver information Center. It takes a while for Gracenote to catalog everything on the drive, but once that is done voice commands work great as well as steering wheel controls. But I don't always get album art. Lately I've been imbedding album art in the mp3 files, but before that I did album art in the folder, so I think those don't have album art in the VOLT.
