There are 3 restaurants (so far that I know of) in my city that had Blink L2 chargers that are now gone. They were all there a week or two ago. I asked the manager and was told that the company that ran them was going out of business. He did not know if it was a local company that was dying or if it was Blink themselves.

I did some searching and could not find anything about any EV charging companies failing recently. Anyone else heard anything?

No, but I still get my Blink statement via email each month, so they must still be solvent.

I just found a new'ish Blink charging station near me. Free and close to a Total Wine that I enjoy visiting. So as far as I know, Blink is still expanding.
Though I am kind of peeved that another free Blink station near me has an info screen that is hard to read, so maybe they aren't maintaining some of their stations like they should.

I just looked at their website, none are in my region of the country.

According to their app, the only Blink station that I have used to date (Florida Mall in Orlando) still exists and is currently available for charging.

I assume there are other chargers nearby folks can use. Hate to be a BEV expecting/needing to charge there only to find you can't. That's the part of the BEV ownership experience that needs more investment.

Blink was bought out by Car Charging Group back in 2013.

Most Blink stations around here seem to be out of order or inoperable somehow... OTOH Chargepoint is putting in new stations all over the place. I checked their website yesterday and there's quite a few stations that are not even on plugshare yet.
