So I'm new to the forum, coming from a 2007 Acura TL Type S that I loved, but I just bought my 2014 fully loaded Volt about 2 weeks ago with 36k on it. Unfortunately, I didn't think anything at the time of the "Battery Saver Active" message I was getting when I started the car. At the time, I just figured it had something to do with it being so cold out. I get the message every time I start the car, and it stays in the messages screen the whole time.
Now, from what I've been able to research, it seems to relate to the 12V battery system, but I can't determine anything more about it. What's odd is that every feature is working on it, and apart from the message on the screen, everything seems fine. When I called Chevy, they said they would need to plug it in to see what it said, so they weren't much help over the phone.
Anyone seen this before?
