Just plug it back into the hole of the 12V AGM where it belongs. It is designed to vent of any gasses that a properly working AGM won't produce anyway...

Yes, this blower is to cool the 14VDC APM. I have a base Gen1 Volt w/o the amp. If you want to find out how important this blower really is, just leave it unplugged on a hot day and the APM will shut itself down when it gets too warm in order to protect itself...been there and done that!Don't have a visual reference and too lazy to go look at mine, but I believe that fan would be to cool the DC to DC inverter for the 12V battery charging system. It may also be used to cool the amp for the subwoofer if you have the Bose upgrade.
