I have a similar problem on the driver door. Last service visit I brought it up but they said that couldn't reproduce the problem. Next visit I'm going to put some low frequency test tones on a MP3 stick and hopefully use that to show them.
Bass buzzing rattling noise in inside door panel
My new volt makes buzzing/rattling noises in the front passenger door when the bass in my music hits certain frequencies. How do I remove it and has anyone had this issue and know what to look for? It seems if I pry at the panel near the lock pin the rattling stops, so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the fitting of the plastic panel.
