I have the same problem. Around 35mph is the sweet spot. But dealer was unable to reproduce. I have to figure this one out. Does someone have the service manual how to disassemble right doors, A pillar and maybe the dash? I am really not sure. I was also thinking of using stethoscope to try to narrow down the exact spot. Do You think it could help? Is there any other method?
Bass buzzing rattling noise in inside door panel
My new volt makes buzzing/rattling noises in the front passenger door when the bass in my music hits certain frequencies. How do I remove it and has anyone had this issue and know what to look for? It seems if I pry at the panel near the lock pin the rattling stops, so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the fitting of the plastic panel.
