Not surprising to hear that this was spotted in AZ. CA recently cracked down on Tesla, and presumably all manufacturers testing autonomous drive vehicles imposing, or enforcing existing, restrictions. The Governor of AZ said "hey, come to our state and do your testing on our roads" in resposnse.
I've been a car guy for a lot of years and enjoy driving. Being able to use ACC and experience the electric drive of the Volt, I now look forward to the time where I can just get in a vehicle and let it take me where I want without me driving it.
