I have attempted on two separate occasions to pair my iPhone 4s with my 2012 Volt. Each time, despite the Volt's language being set to English, my car begins speaking French. (I do not speak French, so this is an issue for me.) What's worse is that it won't stop speaking until I shut the car off. Has anyone else had this experience? How did you fix it? To date, I have been unable to pair my phone with my Volt due to this issue.

Ha! Thank goodness for translator websites. At least I understood your post even if I can't understand my car. ; )

My13 volt decided to speak fench when we left work to head home one morning. Pushed on star button and waited for someone to come online and explained what it was doing. They reset the entire system and it has been fine ever sense.
