Shattered or just damaged?
Anyone with experience replacing rear window?
Cost? Done thru dealer or some 'national' outfit? Thanks in advance.

Depending on your coverage and deductible amount, go the insurance claim route. The back glass on many cars can be the most expensive glass part.
The glass is made to spec no matter what brand or country of origin. Look for glass without defects from shipping and handling.
^This^ may not be true in the US or in certain states.On most policies, a glass claim does not cause rate increase.
