Thd Cruze has an entirely different fuel system including the tank. The Volt fuel tank is steel. The cruize is plastic. Will not fit. Even if it did the On Board Diagnostic system would give you numerous MIL codes. In today's world you cannot swap parts from different cars. Your cars diagnostic system would detect it and give a code. Some would disable the car.
Anyone swap the big 2011 Gas tank into a newer volt
It looks pretty wide open under there.
Does anyone know of any issues swapping a 2011 Volt gas tank into a 2013?
I do a lot of long distance road trips and a couple more gallons would be helpful
