I made sure the charger was in there and even took a picture of it. Has anyone else been charged for equipment they returned? If so, how did you resolve it? I called but the department I need to speak to is closed.We got our settlement letter and we passed with no extra $$. Should have taken picture of charger. We did have a stone dent on the hood but that seemed to pass. Since we had a 15K lease and 41K miles (we turned in 6 months early) I was concerned about having to pay for tires but they were within spec and passed.
BTW, it was weird that we got a letter a couple weeks ago that talked about selling of the vehicle before they could settle up. Is that normal? Or is that because of the early lease turn in?
