Hello all, picked up a used 2016 Premier with the features above. I have checked all the settings and made sure the chime sound is at the loudest, but I notice I don’t often get any notification sounds. Should I get a sound “beep” if I attempt to change lanes with the blind spot detecting a vehicle (flashing orange light), when I start to drift too much out of a lane or when someone brakes hard in from of me? I had a 2013 and the two safety features it had always made sure (LOUDLY) that I was aware.

I have never noticed any audible warnings except if the Collision Alert warning activates. I’ll be traveling later and will check again just to be sure

You will get audible warnings for collision alert, sometimes for lane departure, but not for blind spot. That just has a blinking yellow light on the sideview mirrors. For lane departure, if it nudges you back in you will not get an audible alert. But if you cross the line you will.

Thanks for checking. I was always getting the audible sound on the gen1 when I would lane depart and wanted to verify something was not wrong. Thanks again for helping me out!

I'm with Chris and tech, I don't ever recall getting an audible alert for anything other than collision.
