ACC offered on LT trim?

Sorry if this question is common knowledge (I really did try to search for the answer!) - is adaptive cruise control offered as an option on the 2017 Volt LT trim?

I didn't know Tesla was selling AP1 hardware/software for cars not originally equipped with AP1. Seems risky to offer something like this for a DIY install.
