Hi from Germany :)

I think I have a difficould problem:

First, 2 weeks ago, I saw that the seatheating does not work on both frontseats. The 3 leds are off. Any days later the seatheating works fine.
I have used my Torque and also my icarsoft and the codes was and is:
U016B and P1E00.
Because it is cold outside I have never used the ac compressor. Today I bring the Aircondition to MAX and the clima-temperature to Lo. The Compressor does not work.
U016B means: Lost communication to ac compressor control module.

What can I do?
Thanks for answers
Hellmuth

Obvious things to check for are if the G1 A/C Compressor X1 connection is fully seated into the connector of the compressor. X2 connection on the A/C Compressor is the HV connection from the battey pack. Less likely would be fuse 54 in the Engine Compartment Fuse Block under the bonnet but having this fuse blown would affect much more than just the A/C Compressor.

1. Vehicle OFF, disconnect the X1 harness connector at the G1 A/C compressor.
2. Vehicle in Service Mode, verify that a test lamp illuminates between the wake-up circuit terminal 2 X1 and earth. If the test lamp does not illuminate, test the circuit for a short-circuit to earth or open-circuit/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the K114B hybrid powertrain control module 2.
3. Vehicle OFF, verify that a test lamp does not illuminate between the wake-up circuit terminal 2 X1 and earth. If the test lamp illuminates, test the circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the K114B hybrid powertrain control module 2.
4. If all circuits test normal, replace the G1 A/C compressor.

Thank you very much!!
The fuse 54 ist o.k.
Your other described methods are too difficould for me :(
My hope was that there ist a trick to make the problem go. Because the NOT seatheating defect ist gone from alone. I have in my mind that all ist only a softwareproblem.

What model year is the car? 12v battery low voltage can cause software confusion.
