My guess would be that this listing as been put up as a placeholder with a high price to prevent someone from actually trying to use it.

At that price, you'd be better off buying a Tesla model S or X.

I've seen the opposite, like a brand new Subaru Outback for $2495. I contacted the dealer and told them I'd like 10 of them, and they quickly fixed the typo.
