Sorry for the redundant post on Bolt inventory!

This number includes Bolts on lots and Bolts out of QC but still being shipped to dealers. It is way up from just a week ago, even though the Bolt is still being sold in just 5 states if memory serves. (?)
These 5 states do see most of the electric cars sold in the US though.
So given the sudden rise in Bolt inventory, will we see a commensurate rise in Bolt sales for the month of April? There are just 4489 Volts in the same search. In 50 states.
I hope so, but I am not holding my breath.

5 states (CA, OR, MA, MD, VA) in February
7 states (added NY, NJ) in March
8 states (added WA) in April.
By next month it'll be 14 states.

Any Bolts for sale in states outside the rollout states are definitely "imports" from CA. I think it is a frowned upon practice (at least to GM), but seems many dealers don't care and are getting Bolts ahead of the "official" rollout schedule.
For example, check the inventory of Feldman Chevrolet in New Hudson Michigan (Metro Detroit). They have several. Doubtful to me these are "imports" from CA.

I'm fairly certain if you checked the window sticker, the dealer those Bolts were initially shipped to was a CA dealer.
