Yup. Gen1 are CDMA-based.If you Volt does not have 4G LTE with Wifi, it uses the Verizon network to communicate, and will not be impacted by AT&T's removal of the 2G network.
If your Volt has 4G LTE with Wifi, it is using AT&T's network, but will still not be impacted by the removal of their 2G network.
