Note of optimism: Observed more new Volts and even a couple of new Bolts in the last week than all of prior 2017. It is way too early to say goodbye to Volt.
Theory: Added Chevy dealers that did not sell Volt, but signed up for Bolt EV, now sell Volt. My own dealer rep has sold Volts to walk-ins interested in Bolt EV. Synergy at work.
