If it's happening in 2020 gm is already well on the way to building it. When I worked in the auto industry they were planning 5 years out since it takes so long to make prototypes and then to tool up production. I think a little suv would sell well for them, but to get the same ranges it's going to be a lot bigger battery. Especially for climates like Colorado where it gets cold and ev range drops dramatically.
