I know the 2019's are being built since late August, just wondering if any have hit new car lots yet? I'm looking at a loaded Premier, will be 2018 or 2019, and just impatient to try out the 2019. Is it crazy to think I could get $3-4k under MSRP for a 2019 right after they're available?

Also, are better deals available in some states than others? I'm in PA and can easily drive to a "compliance state" like MD or NJ if there are better manufacturer incentives.

I'm looking at the 2019 Volt's as well. Here in Oregon besides the $ 7,500 Fed. Tax Credit, Oregon has a $2,500 rebate for a Electric Vehicle purchase, which includes the Volt, so that's 10 Grand off the purchase price, if you of course qualify for the Fed.Tax Credit.

So far I know of not one dealer who has a 2019 Volt in stock. Even though the GM assembly line is only making 2019 Volt's the Chevy website still shows the 2018 Volt and the build and price as well, no mention of the 2019 Volt when you wish to build and price, seems strange to me.

I'm sure another forum member may have more to offer here....

As far as I can tell, no 2019's have been delivered to dealers yet. Production was supposed to start end of August. A dealer sales manager posted this weekend on FB that he found 19 2019 Volts in "3800" status, meaning built but not delivered. One of my local dealers will take orders now, and expects delivery towards the end of the month. Another dealer will start taking orders the end of this month. I wouldn't expect any "deals" on 2019s in my area until after January 1.

2019 Volts will not show up on the Chevrolet.com website until there is some dealer inventory. The website has a build and price feature, which can't work until there is searchable inventory. The 2019 Bolt only showed up on the website last week.
