Has anyone experienced this before. I took my 2018 Volt in for the Recall Software Update. After a 2 days of minimal driving, I noticed the engine looking warning light, with a notice on my speedometer saying I needed a high voltage charging system service.

It would seem to me that this is related to the recall software update. Has anyone experienced this? I am highly suspicious of the dealer causing this as the timing is too coincidental.

If this recall is related to the “provide more notice of battery problem” recall that we had several months ago, I had that done on all of our G2 Volts including my 2018 and it did not cause any issues.
