MY2018 Premier, Silver Ice Metalic, Driver Conv I and II, ACC
Build day was 9/25, arrived at dealer 9/29, signed all the paperwork on 9/30
And then, they realized it had not had the full dealer inspection. They only have one Volt mechanic, so the inspection happens today. The salesman will bring it to my place around 7 tonight!

I really appreciated everything the dealer did to help me with the purchase. Making dinner for the two sales guys would have been a cruel thing to do to them.
When I started in on buying a Volt, there wasn't a dealer within 150 miles that had one, or was likely to ever have one, on the lot. So I had to quickly move on with ordering it directly from the factory. Found out today they actually have two Volt techs. Now to get going on winter tires for it (likely to be Michelin Ice) before things get too cold here.

I'll be going on a long trip in ten days - will keep an eye on how much of the battery I am allowed to use.
