For 8 days now I have not been able to get any vehicle status information when using mychevrolet.com, myvolt.com, nor the main OnStar.com websites. voltstats.net still seems to work for getting my daily info, yet it does not contain all of the information that the official sites provide.

Does anyone know what is going on? I opened a trouble ticket with OnStar but it could be days before I hear anything. Typically when this happens it lasts for a day or so. This current outage is ridiculous.

I too can no longer connect to my car since last Monday with the OnStar basic. I called the support number for mychevrolet.com and was transferred to the onstar web support team. They told me they are removing most of the functionality of mychevrolet.com and moving it to the MyVolt.com website. He had me log in there and now I can connect to my car and view the charge status and other information that now is inaccessible on the mychevrolet.com site.

None of the 'history' data has ever been available for my Volt on either site. Maybe I should open a ticket on that.

My connections have been down for several days, then this morning suddenly the myChevrolet and OnStar Remote Link apps on my iPhone connects and updates as they are supposed to do, but the myChevrolet.com site does not. Wonder what's going on.

Try this portal instead. It uses the same userid and password. With lots of better info.

https://secure.myvolt.com/web/portal/home
If you read my original post you would have seen that I have already tried myvolt.com. The URL you provided is simply the landing point one gets after logging in. As I reported, that, too, does not work.

Infuriating matters further, I had opened a ticket with OnStar about this. They sent me a response yesterday saying they have resolved the matter. I have cleared out my browser cache and restarted the browser. None of the OnStar sites are giving me any useful data still.

Not working here, still. Also, the apps are not updating data, just recycling last data.

I haven't found any problems connecting to the secure.myvolt.com site. of course they announce if there's a maintenance and that's the only time I don't use it. I login almost everyday without a problem. My Google Chrome Browser running on Mac is always the latest and the greatest. I also have Firefox and Safari that I use all are updated automatically.

But I don't see on the "secure.myvolt.com" site where it shows me lifetime gallons of gas used. Also, when I try to use the remote commands it says "You have not enabled remote commands. To change your security preferences, click ACCOUNT below." ....but THEN when I click "Account" NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

ALSO, when I click "Click the link below to open a chat session with a Volt Advisor" I get a window "Safari Can't Find the Server Safari can't open the page "https://ems0251.egain.net/system/web/view/live/templates....."

Hey GM, this is GARBAGE!! You need to get Onstar to get their act together and fix these sites.

If you want to be a world leader YOU NEED ONSTAR TO GET ITS ACT TOGETHER!! I guarantee you Tesla users don't have web pages that don't work!!!

Jeff

PS Oh and the myChevrolet STILL not working, still get "We're sorry. There was an error connecting to your vehicle. Please refresh your browser or try again later." .....man, I actually do web sites, how can a company the size of GM, with the resources they have, have crappy web sites like this??? If Steve Jobs was running GM people would be getting fired over stuff like this!

my.chevrolet.com isn't working for me either, now. Oddly, secure.myvolt.com is still working. myvolt.com still has the issue with data from the last 7 or 30 days, but a full 12 months of data shows no problem. If you haven't had your Volt for long, perhaps you could make do with the 12-months of data for logging how many gallons of fuel you consumed?

On myvolt.com, I went to "View Efficienty Details" and under the "Energy Consumption" panel on the lower right side, I set the "Select Time Frame" drop down to "12 months".

So far, I've used 68 gallons. Seems a bit low to me.

On myvolt.com under Charging Status it says "Vehicle data as of 08/15/17 at 02:42 AM EDT". Says same thing under Efficiency and Mileage .....pressing Refresh does nothing.

In the details window it says "Lifetime Electric Miles: 9,398" << that appears to be correct, matches my iPhone app to within 1 mile
But it also says "Energy Consumption Select Time Frame (12 Months) Electric Miles: 8,085 Gas Miles: 602 Total Miles: 8,687" <<thats wrong, I've only had the car 10 months.

eeeeeee......GM needs to get its act together!!!

Has anyone actually contacted support about this?
This thread is pretty old. FWIW, I get this error on my.chevrolet.com but it's likely because my trial Chevrolet remote access plan expired. The phone app tells me I need to upgrade to get that info.

myvolt.com will show current charging status for my car but that's about it.

You might want to make sure that your plan is still active. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir but I find all the plan options to be unnecessarily confusing, - especially when you throw Sirius into the mix.
