2017 Volt, runs in hybrid mode only, AC not working.
Intermittent code P1E00, clears and reappears without erasing codes.
CEL on.
display shows no EV range and engine kicks in once car starts moving.
12V battery less than a year old.
Coolant levels good.
BECM replaced in February, after car ran normal for a couple of days and same issues came up. (other codes showing at the time, about 6/7 different codes)
Hybrid Module and a portion of the harness to this replaced in March, followed by High Voltage Isolation Relay and Plate Assembly. (code U185A)
Got the car back 5/27 (due to shipping issues for parts), on picking up the car noticed the range seemed low, but though this was due to the test drives and the battery re and re.
On 5/28 the range registered low with 75-80% of battery capacity used to travel 55km (normally get 90-95km at current weather and driving conditions). Indicated battery would be charged in less time than normal by 2 hrs.
On 5/30 engine came on as I was leaving with the CEL, AC not functioning (didn't require AC on previous day). Will charge if the car is let to sit for 15+ min after driving, will show almost normal range while initializing, but switches to gas engine once initializing completed.
Any ideas or help appreciated. Car going back to dealer on Monday.

The dealership needs to get GM engineering involved. So far they're just throwing parts at the car.

Your HPCM 2 is requesting the SES. That's the module that needs scanned. Not sure if aftermarket tools can do it. You need to find a good Volt specialist. Looking at your laundry list, definitely seems they are throwing parts at it. Too bad that manufacturers and vehicle models get a bad reputation by unworthy technicians most of the time. I read tons of forums and just shake my head and rarely comment due to the amount of incompetence.
