Clever mod, looks well executed. Not sure about the Philips head screw wedging in the bolt though... haha.

Since the bolt head was recessed, and I didn't want to cut a hole in the metal big enough to get a socket through, the little screw just keeps the bolt from turning while the nut on the other end of the both is tightened against the toe eye tube. Beyond that and its inherent ugliness, it provides no other function.
