Did anyone/everyone get this nice gift notice from Onstar recently? I haven't looked yet, but did it work?

I vaguely recall seeing the offer, but just deleted it. What happens after 30 days? Are you required to sign up and then after 30 days, are you on the hook for some $$ if you forget to cancel?

It wouldn't surprise me if they just started charging you after that. That's what happened when my initial Onstar subscription expired.

I went out to my car again today and still don't see anything new in the way of apps.

I also received the offer, but since I never gave OnStar credit card info for any of our vehicles, I don't know how they can legally charge us. Besides, we got that offer for our Encore, which we rarely drive and I'm picking up a new volt tomorrow, with it's own data package, so doubt the gift offer will get any use. When I bought my Volt, the sales guy said to "just say no" and not to pay for any of their offers.

No but yesterday morning when I started the car those apps and some other started to dload themselves with no input from me. None of them are of much interest to me. I'm in the last weeks of my free 3 month trial. I haven't any offers for more free data.

I did use the 3gb that came with my volt. I have unlimited on phone and my ipad. So not much use to renew it. For 20$ a month it’s not a bad deal if you don’t have unlimited data on your cell or you have kids with WiFi only entertainment.
