My 2015 Spark EV, bought CPO in September, came with the Basic Plan, Chevrolet Connected Access, and a one month trial of all the other plans.
Now that the one month trial is up I can get the charging stats from the my.chevrolet.com website, but not from the myChevrolet app. The app says "Upgrade Now". Do you think that I should be able to get charging stats from the app? I kind of don't want to call onStar for fear of losing access via the website and ending up with no access at all.
Just as an aside, sometimes I have trouble retrieving charging stats from the website, but I think that this is due to ATT coverage being intermittently unavailable where I live. No problem when the car is in an area with better coverage.
