On Wednesday I had success using this old link: https://secure.myvolt.com/web/portal/home

When I tried the new link at https://my.chevrolet.com/myvehicle/ I could log in but could was unable to retrieve my charging stats and history.

This morning I can't access my charging stats and history using either link. I will try again later.

It’s working fine for me. Only issue I have is with the notifications; charge complete or charge interrupted. All other functions work in the my Chevrolet app

OnStar tries to tell you that vehicle stats are not included in the 5 year basic plan. An OnStar supervisor had told me that the vehicle stats are supposed to be included in the 5 year basic plan for free for Volts only. Don't let them get away with excuses. I got guidance plan a year for free thanks to the ignorance of OnStar employees

My 2015 Spark EV, bought CPO in September, came with the Basic Plan, Chevrolet Connected Access, and a one month trial of all the other plans.

Now that the one month trial is up I can get the charging stats from the my.chevrolet.com website, but not from the myChevrolet app. The app says "Upgrade Now". Do you think that I should be able to get charging stats from the app? I kind of don't want to call onStar for fear of losing access via the website and ending up with no access at all.

Just as an aside, sometimes I have trouble retrieving charging stats from the website, but I think that this is due to ATT coverage being intermittently unavailable where I live. No problem when the car is in an area with better coverage.

Broken for me too. The www site doesn't display any charging history for my car.

No data available for this time period. This is all I get, this is all I have ever gotten when attempting to see charging stats and history. It's been like this since I bought the 2015 in May.

My 2017 Volt Charging History stopped showing stats these last 5 days. Always worked since I bought new May 2017.
